Getting back into something you put down & picked back up can be difficult, not that it can not be like riding a bike or easy as 1,2,3 but it won't be as simple as it once was. Michael Jordan and his Bulls team won three championships, then suddenly, MJ retired. Once he came back, he did not win right away; it did not take long but it did not happen overnight. So if you're on the sidelines, because you chose to step away, respect the process and those that stayed.... don't wait your turn, take it.
